MICRONIQUE'S CRM LINK FOR MAS 90

TimeValue Software is Micronique's earliest user of the Windows version of Micronique's CRM Link for MAS 90. TimeValue develops time value of money, loan, financial, accounting, tax, and payroll software. Over 100,000 financial professionals use TimeValue products, including all of the Big Six accounting firms.

TimeValue was using an R-base for contact management along with a MAS 90 accounting system. Needing a more powerful contact manager, TimeValue replaced the outdated R-base with Sage's Enterprise Edition CRM software.

The accounting department wanted to be able to access The CRM software to create sales orders and there was an overall need for better efficiency. TimeValue met these needs by purchasing Micronique's CRM Link for MAS 90. Since early 1995, TimeValue has been utilizing Micronique's CRM Link in its sales, accounting, accounts receivable, and sales order processing departments.

TimeValue has experienced some very significant benefits from Micronique's CRM Link. "We have been able to spread the first level of customer service calls over many departments," says TimeValue Customer Service Manager Don Marquis. "A customer service representative can answer an accounts receivable question without having to disturb anyone in accounts receivable. For instance, if a client calls our sales department and there is a hold on his order, we can immediately see why and give a prompt response."

The 15 minute process is now cut to about one minute. This saves everyone a lot of time and lets them spend that time on doing their work.
