Micronique Summary of Service, Support Maintenance Policies and Plans
To clarify any questions regarding Micronique's terms, consulting service, telephone support and link maintenance policy, the following has been prepared. Please feel free to call if you have any questions or comments.
SERVICE RATES AND TERMS
With a Prepaid Service Retainer, our rate is $150. to $200./hr for all services. Rates vary depending on service and consultant. These rates apply during standard business hours which are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm except holidays. Accounts without Prepaid Service Retainers are billed at $185.-200./Hr., OAC, 2 hour minimum. After hours appointments are available only to clients with Prepaid Service Retainers. After hour appointments must be scheduled and are billed at $185.-200./hr. There is a 4-hour minimum for all on-site appointments. For local on-site projects we charge for travel one way from Micronique to the client's site. Minimum travel charges will be 15 minutes. Out of area travel expenses will be billed at cost. Telephone support is charged in 15-minute increments. Long distance and cellular phone charges will be billed at cost.
New accounts, large projects, custom programming, telephone or remote support require a Service Retainer to be paid in advance. GoldLink requires a Link Support Plan. The Service Retainer will be a block of prepaid time. This time does not represent an estimated or fixed bid for the project to be completed. Telephone support is provided on a call back or fax back basis only.
Hardware and Software Products are billed at Prepayment or C.O.D. terms.
End User is responsible for providing and maintaining computer systems and software capable of supporting software routines provided by Micronique.
MANUFACTURERS SUPPORT FOR NON-LINK APPLICATIONS
We require the purchase of a software manufacturers telephone support plan along with software. Often the most responsive alternative for software support is the use of the software manufacturer's Support Options. Depending on the manufacturer, these options include free and fee for service support. Details of these phone, fax and electronic support options can be found in the Support section of the Micronique website (www.micronique.com) or directly through Micronique. Please call Micronique to purchase any fee for service or Premium Support Options.
SUPPORT POLICY FOR GOLDLINK
The purchase of GoldLink does not include support. Support for the Links are available with the purchase of a Link Support Plan. Information on Micronique's Link Support Plan can be found in the Support section of the Micronique website (www.micronique.com)
SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE FOR GOLDLINK
The purchase of GoldLink does not include software maintenance. Maintenance for Links is available with the purchase of a Link Software Maintenance Plan. Link Maintenance provides you with 12 months of maintenance releases updates and upgrades for the Link when available. The Link Maintenance Plan must be purchased with new product or with a Link upgrade. Information on Micronique's Link Maintenance Plan can be found in the Support section of the Micronique website.
SUPPORT SERVICES
