1-800-Sold-Out is a decade-old company specializing in hard to find tickets for events in the New York City area. This is the company that will find the front and center ticket to a sold out show or behind the plate seats to a Yankees playoff game. The integrated system is on the desk of each of the company's 20 employees with 12 of them actively using Micronique's CRM Link on a daily basis.

According to Director of MIS Brian Polk, Micronique's CRM Link has enabled 1-800-Sold-Out to conduct daily activities with greater efficiency. "Before Micronique's CRM Link, our sales people took orders on paper. Everything had to be input manually into the contact manager and the accounting system separately and then the data had to be reconciled. Now our sales people enter the orders as they take the order. Information is written to both databases, eliminating the double entry and reconciliation processes. We have been able to forego a lot of printed reporting because everything is right there in the system and anyone can view the information using their computer."
Brian explains the tremendous benefit 1-800-Sold-Out has received from its use of Micronique's CRM Link. "Our business has tremendous peaks in sales volume. During busy months in the past, we would struggle to do $200,000 in sales because we simply could not handle the volume. We had to turn away business. Micronique's CRM Link has streamlined our system allowing us to handle much more business. This month, we will do over $820,000 in sales with no backlog of paperwork.
