New Calendar
Dynamic new calendar - GoldMine 3.2 offers users an exciting new and improved graphical calendar. Users can control everything from the size of the calendar to the time increments of the day and week views. The calendar displays both timed and timeless activities, and even keeps track of To-Dos all on one screen. Requests from our users such as the ability to have multiple activities viewable per time slot, multi-day event scheduling, color coding for activity, a detailed month view, and a graphical planner view showing side-by-side, blocked times for multiple users have all been incorporated.

Freeform organization/project management - Using the same tree metaphor used in the InfoCenter, users can now create organizational trees to display site-centric, hierarchical views of companies. GoldMine allows users to link related records to effectively manage multiple company locations, departments and individuals. Departments, levels and project affiliations can be tracked with sections that can be linked to multiple contact records. Just drag-and-drop to rearrange records and sections in any tree, as well as linking someone in the Contact Listing to the organization tree. Easily convert additional contacts in the Contacts tab with the click of a mouse. GoldMine allows you to activate and release an organization tree--just like filters and groups--allowing quick and easy fax, document and e-mail merging. Starting from the top, you can even replicate similar data within the selected organization tree. Please note that existing file structures are being used so GMW and GM-DOS should not be affected.
Internet Web import - GoldMine users can now direct GoldMine 95 to import and process contact data created from an incoming Internet e-mail message. The message can contain special instructions that direct GoldMine to to check for duplicates, schedule activities or create new records. This feature allows prospect data entered on Web page to be collected and then automatically sent to GoldMine for importing. Leads from the Internet can be turned into a GoldMine contact record and then automatically attached to an Automated Processes. Instructions can even be created to have GoldMine e-mail messages sent to appropriate GoldMine users.
Automatic E-Mail addressing - GoldMine now offers you the option of keying in a contact's e-mail address when adding a new record.

Report Writer
Improved report writer - Based on user requests, the GoldMine 95 report writer now offers three new major features: a 'snap-to-grids' option in the reports' layout mode; a print preview function, and the ability to save reports for later viewing and printing.
Built-in spell checker - Users may now spell check E-mail messages created in GoldMine before forwarding them to the recipient(s). Entries in the InfoCenter can be proofed too, ensuring an accurate and professional knowledgebase. An easy-to-use Spell Check icon and expandable Dictionary are just a mouse click away!

Planner
Planner View - Enhanced work group calendar features a graphical planner view showing availability for multiple users with side-by-side, color-coded time blocks.
Record tagging - Instantly create a hot list of contacts without having to use groups or filters. GoldMine now allow you to 'tag' records as needed from the Contact listing, Activity listing, and Group member windows.

Peg Board
Peg Board - GoldMine now offers an extensive mechanism to track activity and inactivity of GoldMine users working in networked work group environments. The new real-time Peg Board shows each user's log status and possible whereabouts.  At anytime GoldMine users can see where their peers are currently. When users walk away from their desks, they can "Log Away", indicating their whereabouts and the time they will return. GoldMine will then minimize, sit and wait, and prompt the user for their password upon their return.
Notification messaging - GoldMine now allows you to 'notify' users when delegating tasks or scheduling activities which require a confirmation.
Improved data entry - Several new options make GoldMine's data entry even faster and simpler than before.
