MICRONIQUE'S CRM LINK FOR MAS 90

Legal Reprographics specializes in legal copy, document imaging, courtroom exhibits, and graphic design for the legal industry. The company opened for business in 1991 and has been using Sage's Enterprise Edition CRM software and MAS 90 since that time.  Micronique's CRM Link was implemented in early 1992.

Beaver says the greatest benefit his company derives from its Micronique's CRM Link software is the small amount of time and effort it takes to generate an invoice. "It's great to be able to seamlessly invoice from our CRM software, especially for new accounts. We don't have to create a new customer master file. Micronique's CRM Link just creates the new account in MAS 90," says Beaver. "Currently, we have 12 client service reps and sales people. If we didn't have Micronique's CRM Link, I would have to hire at least one or two more people to handle that workload. I would estimate the total savings to be in the neighborhood of $50,000 per year"

The CRM software and Micronique's CRM Link have proven to be powerful marketing tools for Legal Reprographics . "The CRM software has enabled us to do targeted mass mailings. Our CRM software gives us the ability to track buyers individually and collectively. We may want to reach 20% of our market that needs a specific service. We can target market one of our services to only those firms that need that type of service." Beaver continues, "Micronique's CRM Link updates the client's record with the last order and the dollar amount. We are able to keep track of our more active buyers and provide them the benefits loyal clients deserve. We also track our less active buyers so we can aim a greater concentration of marketing in their direction."

Some other benefits of CRM software enjoyed by Legal Reprographics are notepad stamping of date and time, purchase order number, and the sales person who handled the call or made the note. The company finds this automatically recorded information extremely helpful in researching information on a customer or sale.
