Together, GoldMine Contact Management, Microsoft Solomon and GoldLink for Microsoft Solomon make all your contact management and accounting information accessible instantly. GoldLink enables direct access to Microsoft Solomon's Sales Order Entry screen and Sales Order Inquiry with a "Click of the Mouse". If you wish to place an order simply select Order Entry and you will be taken directly into the Microsoft Solomon Sales Order screen. If your contact is not a customer already, the contact will be automatically created as a customer in Microsoft Solomon . If your GoldMine contact is a customer all new information can be automatically updated in Microsoft Solomon by GoldLink . At the completion of the order you will be returned to the contact screen in GoldMine.   GoldLink will write back the Sales Order information to the GoldMine Activity History for future reference. Sales Order "stamping" to the contact's Activity History includes sales order number, date, salesperson I.D., order dollar amount and purchase order number.
