When Gallery Graphics outgrew their previous accounting system, it was replaced by MAS 90. Sage Software, the makers of MAS 90 told them of Sage's Enterprise Edition CRM software and Micronique's CRM Link. Seeing the tremendous value of integrating their accounting database with a powerful contact manager such as Sage's Enterprise Edition CRM software, Gallery Graphics purchased the CRM software and Micronique's CRM Link. Of the 130 employees at Gallery Graphics, 20 of them are using Micronique's CRM Link. These people operate in the Marketing, Customer Service, Order Entry, and Credit Departments.
Micronique's CRM Link and the CRM software aid Gallery Graphics' marketing department in several ways. They do numerous and extensive marketing mailings which are generally filtered through the CRM software by customer status. While they do no cold calling, Gallery Graphics sales representatives make plenty of sales calls to qualified prospects from lists loaded into and filtered by the CRM software. The CRM software and Micronique's CRM Link greatly increase the efficiency of these efforts. "The CRM software prevents our sales people from stepping on each other's toes because they can easily see if one of their coworkers has already made contact with a particular prospect," says Cathey Huston, Order Entry Supervisor. Micronique's CRM Link further streamlines the process as Cathey describes, "We can easily enter lead contacts and simply delete them if no deal occurs. If the lead becomes a customer, Micronique's CRM Link automatically creates a record in MAS 90. The Link is really critical because you don't have to enter the same information in two places. This is a really big time saver."
Micronique's CRM Link and the CRM software aid in the communication between different departments within the company. "Entries are tagged showing which department made the entry. The Marketing Department can see the activity of other departments to see if a sales call should be made to a particular customer," Cathey explains. "For instance, if there are a lot of collection letters sent out by the Credit Department, we may not want to try to make any more sales to that customer." She continues, "Micronique's CRM Link makes it convenient for a customer service representative to go to MAS 90's Inquiry screen to research an account while on the phone with a client." Our CRM software's e-mail program completes the circuit of communication between departments at Gallery Graphics. "The e-mail in our CRM software is the only one we use. We depend on it a lot."
As a supervisor, Cathey loves how Micronique's CRM Link automatically stamps sales orders into our CRM software notepad. "The automatic stamping feature into our CRM software helps us manage our sales force. We can pull up sales totals per person. We can track calling activity of sales people. This is how we track the efforts and results of our sales force."
