MICRONIQUE'S CRM LINK FOR MAS 90 Accredited Home Care Pharmacy is a direct sales pharmacy specializing in products used in home care and elder care situations. In addition to pharmaceuticals, Accredited's product line includes personal care products geared toward the elderly which are sold to individuals, home care practitioners and care facilities.
A long time MAS 90 user, Accredited abandoned their custom contact manager in favor of Sage's Enterprise Edition CRM software. "We realized the features and power of Sage's Enterprise Edition CRM software and decided to abandon our custom developed program," says owner Randy Ford. Randy credits Tje CRM software and Micronique's CRM Link for enabling so few people to handle so many calls. "We have a call center of ten people. We receive about 500 orders each day. In addition to handling all these orders, these ten people handle outbound sales calls and inbound customer service calls. One person on the phone can check credit and inventory records in real time, enabling our customer service representative to place orders, answer billing questions, and correct ordering and shipping problems. This eliminates return calls. We can provide the customer all the information he is seeking right on the spot. There is no way our staff of ten could get through the volume of calls they do without Tje CRM software and Micronique's CRM Link."
Micronique's CRM Link helps Accredited to have a fast and efficient ordering and shipping process. "Every order we take is input into Tje CRM software and goes through MAS 90 via Micronique's CRM Link," Randy explains. "An order taken as late as 1:00 can still be shipped that same day. The order is input into Tje CRM software, copied into MAS 90 by Micronique's CRM Link and sent to our UPS system from MAS 90 for shipping. The order goes from the customer service representative to the shipping department in an instant. Billing and accounting information is automatically entered. When we process 500 orders a day, any steps we can save along the way saves us money. Without the Micronique's CRM Link integration of our CRM software and MAS 90, I would need a much larger staff."
